Sokollu Mehmet Pasha Mosque

Sokollu Mehmet Pasha Mosque in Istanbul located at the feet of Galata bridgein the district of Azapkapi.

It was built on behalf of Sokollu Mehmet Pasha by Sinan the Architect in 1578. Reached by a path from the Street side of the bridge. The blue Iznik tiles decorating the interior of Mosque is very charming and worth to see.
