Rental Terms

Driver's license

People having a valid driving license minimum for 2 years  and at least 21 years old are eligible to  rent  economic and middle class  cars.

To hire a  car in luxury segment  at least 4 years of driving license are obligated.

Rental Period

Minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of any delay over 5 hours a daily rental fee is charged to customer. Besides in every hourly  delay untill 5 hours  are priced 1/5 of a total amount of car hire.

Long Term Rental
Minimum rental period is  7 to 30 days. Special discount rates are applied to rental fee and prices .

 Services ;  included in price and extra services which are not included

 Right to use vehicles with unlimited kilometers, comprehensive insurance and technical maintenance expenses are included.

 Fuel, one-way fee, delivery way fee, delivery fee, Baby seat charge, luggage rack and 18% KDV  seperately calculated and extra charged in car rental.

 Vehicles are delivered to customers with the amount of fuel in the tank which  is indicated in the contract. If the vehicles returned with missing and less fuel in the tank, service fee and fuel surcharge  will be taken together.

Payment Methods

 A  credit card issued to the customers name during the rental is required.

  At  least 300 TL (Turkish Lira) pre-authorization is blocked from the credit cards. The blocked amount is released when the car returns in the same conditions as its delivered.

 Traffic Fines

 All the responsibility and penalties are belong the renter ( customer ) in case of  not following any traffic rules or traffic crimes.

If  the vehicles held by the public authority ; extra time will be accepted within the contract period .
