It is a covered market place built by a French architect with an order and supports of Tiritoglu Mehmet pasha .

It is a nice structure which shows the architectural beauty of Usak city.  Made of two storeys  with stone blocks.  There are almost hundred shops in the Tashan both with ground floor and upper floor shops
