Gok Madrasa

Located in the Sivas city center. It was built in 1271 by Seljuk Vizier “Fakhr al-Din Ali Ata”. Two minarets  rising above the crown gate  decoreted with blue tileshad given the Sky ( Gok in Turkish )   name to Madrasah.

Crown gate is a masterpiece of Plastic arts . There are animas motifs nested to the edges of the gate.

There is a Madrasah located at the right side of entrance gate and Dar-ul hadi at the left side.
