Icmeler is an ideal  place for the ones who want to spend time both in the nature and entertaining Marmaris nights.

Icmeler has developed  as another tourism attraction area apart from the marmaris city centre.  Compared the city center icmeler district is more relaxing and comfortable with wide roads ,  monitored well arranged environment , walking and running pedestrian pavements and very clear sea. The creek dividing the icmeler district surrounded by souvenir sellers and handmade craftmen  creates a warm atmosphere in district. Aqua park built in icmeler district is also a funny place to spend a day in Marmaris.

Minibuses are available in every 5 to 10 minutes going back and forth to Marmaris city center.  If you  are  travelling in a group of 4 it is better to take a taxi from icmeler to marmaris as the cost equals same for each person paying to minibuses.
