Firtina River

It’s a river formed by the integration of the creeks facing to the Black sea from the slopes of Mt Kackars.

Firtine river disembogue to Black sea from 2km westernside of Ardesen district. 

Firtina river is a a very convenient stage for Canoeing and rafting with it 57 km long lenght.

The meaning of Firtina is storm in Turkish. This name was given the river due to strong and fast flow . Firtina River, has the characteristics of a  fast flowing stream flow and  the highest flow rate. Therefore stream is very popular among domestic and international athletes.
