Tas Kebab ( Tas Kebabi) / 6 servings - 50 minutes
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon oil
1 kg Lamb ( cut in small chunks)
1 Large piece,Finely chopped onion
1 Tablespoon flour
1 TablespoonTomato paste
5 cups of water ( 1 lt )
2 pcs medium sized tomatoe
Spices ( Any spice you like )
Directions
* Pour the oil into saucepan and heat the oil untill it is ready for cooking then add the lamb chunks and stir meats 8-10 minutes untill the extracted juice evaporates and meats turned into pink colour.
* Add the chopped onions to pan and keep stirring for 2 more minutes, then add the tomato paste and stir one more minute, at last add the flour
* After mixing all add the salt, spices, pour the water and cook over a low fire for 15 minutes
* After cooking 15 minutes, put tomates (cut tomatoes out the way you want ) to the top
* After putting the tomatoes keep cooking for more 15 minutes over low fire and turn off the heat.
* Tas kebab ( Tas kebabi) is ready to be served.
* It is recommended to prepare Mashed potatoor Rice and yoghurt to eat together with Tas Kebab.
