Humus

Ingredients  (4 Servings) – 65 minutes

500 g Chick pea

Half cup of water

1 cup of sesame paste ( Tahini)

1 clove smashed garlic

1 lemon

1 tablespoon cummin

Half a bunch of Parsley

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon  red pepper

2 teaspoon salt

Directions / How to make Humus ?

* Soak the chick peas one day in advance inwater with 1 tbsp salt

* Cook the chickpeas 45 minutes in pressure cooker

*  Strain the water from colander

* add half cup of water and blend it in blender machine.

* In a seperate bowl, mix and stir tahini, smashed garlic, lemon juice, cummin and 1tbsp salt.

* Add this mixture to the blended chickpeas in the blender.

* Blend all 3 more minutes and take it to the serving plate.

* Melt the butter in fry pan , add the powdered red pepper and stir.

* pour it to the humus in the serving plate,

* Decorate it with chopped parsley and serve.
