Shopping in Fethiye

Fethiye as all other popular tourist destinations in Turkey is a heaven for shopping where you can buy a very large range of items from clothes to souvenirs. “Paspatur,” which located in the city center,  is the main market of Fethiye and opened 7 days to everyone. It is a large area consists of numerous shops, restaurants and bars. Shops are generally opened from 08:00 a.m -09:00 a.m in the morning untill late in the evening roughly to 10:00 p.m -00:00 ( No siesta or break in the afternoons such as in Italy, Greece or Spain). Shoes, clothes, jewelleries, leathers,watches,souvenirs, spices, Turkish delights, carpets, rugs are the main things sold in the Paspatur.

Hisaronu, Oludeniz and Calis Beach areas, which famous with their high quality, restaurants, bars and eating facilities, have also their own shopping venues in order to meet the needs of the tourists though in general prices, quality and variety of goods compared to ones in Fethiye are worser so try to go Fethiye and make a comparison before buying something from Oludeniz, Hisaronu or Calis beach.
