Doner kebap recipe
Ingredients
1 onion
2 table spoon ground meat
5 pieces of tenderloin
1 tablespoon oil
½ table spoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon yoghurt
Long green pepper, salt

Grate onion and mixed it
with 2tbsp ground meat. Put the onion and ground meat mixture over the tenderloin and add another tenderloin over it like a
sandwich continue untill all tenderloins finish then wrap the
tenderloin ground meat mixture sanwich tightly with an aluminium foil . Keep it
over a night in deepfreeze . It should wait minimum a night in deepfreeze then
you can take it from there and slice it in thiny long pieces.
Fry these pieces in a
frypan without using oil. When they are
ready remove them from the span and but them to a service plate
Add ½ tbsp oil in the
frypan together with tomato paste
and smash the paste in the oil
when it is in fluid . Pour it over the
fried sliced meats .
Add yoghurt and green
peppers next to it. Your practical doner kebab is ready.
You can enrich your menu
with tortilla, rice and chips.
