ARNAVUT CIGERI
(Albanian style liver )
Ingredients

100 gr Lamb liver
·
50-100 gr Flour
·
Salt , flaked red pepper , thyme , cumin
Recipe
Stir up the liver with salt
, pepper, thyme and cumin then mix it with flour .
Fry the oil in frypan ,
then put livers in fried oil, 30 seconds -1 minute later reduce the power of
fire. Continue frying 3 more minutes and then livers are ready to serve.
