Don`t be upset  if you forget any clothes or goods at home.  As shops are one of the most important source of income for the local people they offer a very wide variety of choices so you can find everything you need in bodrum. 

Open air markets which is called as Pazar in turkish set up everyday in different parts of bodrum.  Bazaars you can find anything from food to watches , purses , jeans , shoes etc. For a very reasonable price . Bargaining in this open air markets can be applied. It is worth to try it .

Shops in the bodrum city are opened from very early in the mornings 8.00 a.m untill late at night 00. 00 , 1. 00 a.m .  There are 2 types of shops are available in the bodrum. The ones belong the brands and corporate companies such as , zara , nike , adidas etc.  And the second ones offering the local products  or fake products of very famous brands as louvis vitton , gucci , prada. 

The shops using the price labels and electronic systems for payment  is not convenient for bargaining. Bargaining are not accepted though in the second category shops which sell fake goods or local goods without price label bargaining is a kind of must.  I believe fifty percent discount over the starting offer for the good is a good price to buy .

Any kind of money are acceptable by shops . Mostly used ones like all over the world are Us dollars and Euros.
