Asitan restaurant shares the unique and hidden  flavors of the magnicifent Ottoman and Ottoman Palace cuisine with its redeemed guests.

The menus were prepared according to the original official  records of Topkapi palace, Dolmabahce and Edirne palaces kitchens. You will enjoy the Ottoman food fest. and feel like a Sultan while eating the dishes which cooked with original palace equipments and procedures.

Restaurant located just at the green natural backyard of  Kariye hotel next to chora museum ( kariye cami ). Kariye hotel is restored as a typical 19th century Ottoman Mansion creates anauthentic atmosphere and gives a feeling of  living in the past with its architecture.
