Zucchini fritters (
Kabak Mucver)
Ingredients
2 zucchini
4 stems dill
4 fresh onions
2 tablespoons flour
White parts of 2 eggs
1 tablespoon of grated white cheese
Oil for frying
Salt and black pepper
Preparation ;
Wash the zucchinis , grate them into big pieces and squeeze out the extra juice . In another
bowl mix the white parts of eggs until they get in a shape of snow. Wash and
chop the dill and the fresh onions. Place the flour in a bowl and mix with the
white cheese , salt and pepper.
Add dill , fresh onions , squash and blend all then slowly add the mixed white parts of eggs
and keep stirring until the mixture reaches smooth and soft stiffness.
Heat the frying oil in a frypan when the oil heated enough add the prepared
mixture with spoons . Fry both sides of zucchini
mixture until the colour changes to a pale dark . When the frying is done take
away the fried zucchinis from pan to paper towels to soak in the oil from the zucchini. It is ready to be served.
