It has been opened since 1992 and hosting its guests in a 2 storey villa which protects its green and spacious garden. Independent floors allow the restaurant to allocate the second floor for special events and organizations. Sans which means chance in Turkish gives a chance to people to run away from the chaotic city life and relax in nature with a rich wine and food selection.
